Pickup and Delivery Questions

We offer this service Monday through Friday from 8AM to 8PM. Enter your zip code on our home page to see what day we service your area.

We offer One Time pricing at $1.99/LB & for our weekly recurring customers our pricing is $1.79/LB.  Pickup & Delivery is free within our service area.

Yes.  $30

Click on the red “Schedule a Pickup” button on the top right of this page. Select a date for your pickup, select your add-ons, provide a credit card, and then just be sure to have your laundry sitting out in whatever hamper or bag you have available when your pickup day comes. We have branded laundry totes for recurring customers to purchase

You’ll receive your laundry back the very next day. We have a same day option for an additional fee. If it is a particularly large order we may need 48 hours, but those situations are rare.

We use only premium brand products for our wash and fold. 

No. We keep all orders separate.

We try to keep things simple. We will wash whites separately, pretreat stains, and wash delicates (delicately)—we just need you to separate out those items and label the bags accordingly.

Your laundry will be neatly folded or hung and returned to you in our secure packaging. If you choose a recurring pickup and delivery service schedule, you have the option to purchase our branded totes that look great and come in really handy when loading your laundry for the next pickup.

We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag, hamper, basket or a kitchen bag that cinches closed.

Recurring clients can purchase laundry tote bags that look and work great.

No, you don’t. When placing your order, let us know in the comments fields where our driver will find your order and where they can leave it. Please provide as much detail as possible. We will notify you when your order is picked up and again when it is delivered. The front porch works great, but if you’d like to be more discreet we’re happy to pick up them up around the side, maybe in a garage etc. We will not enter your home, so please make sure they’re outside.

With the card on file. When you create your account, you’ll be prompted to put a payment card on file with us. We’ll charge your credit/debit card on file.
