How Laundry Pickup Service Works:
We will pick up your laundry on your designated service day each week and take it to our laundry facility. All you need to do is set your laundry out in a hamper, kitchen bag, or whatever works best for you. We’ll collect your laundry in one of our bags and leave your bag or hamper behind. We will follow all care instructions listed on the clothing’s tags or the special care instructions you provide when placing your order online. We use premium detergents, softeners, and dryer sheets and offer free & clear options as well. If you’d like us to pretreat stains, separate whites, or wash delicates just place them in separate, labeled bags and we’ll be happy to take care of that for you at no additional cost. That’s how easy it is to use our delivery laundry service.
From the moment we pick up your laundry, your laundry is in the safe and expert hands of Freedom Laundry Co. We check and sanitize all machines before loading them up with your belongings. We wash all orders separately to avoid cross-contamination and mix-ups. And we keep everything safely stored until it’s time to deliver your items.
You’ll get a text or email notification when your order is picked up and again when it is dropped off. We’ll communicate every step of the way.
Availability
Our laundry collection service is available Monday through Friday from 8AM to 8PM. Sign in to see and select available driver pick-up and drop-off times that work with your schedule. Please note that orders picked up on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
